Boulder Lake Village

 Working with Blue Ridge Real Estate Company on the Boulder Lake Village Project has been an exciting creative process for Artist Rendering. This opportunity was a stellar example of how we are able to take full advantage of our 3d rendering capabilities to offer more. Not only did we provide the camera views for maximizing compositional quality to produce the rendering for the winter scene, but in addition we were able to use the established assets to create a summer scene. The apples to apples seasonal comparison was a powerful choice.

Boulder Lake Village is located at the base of Big Boulder Ski Resort in Lake Harmony, Pennsylvania (The Poconos). A ski resort location made this an obvious choice for creating the rendering as a winter scene. However, because this is also a lakeside condominium, a summer rendering is just as important for showcasing the wonderful recreational lifestyle this location has to offer.

Seasonal changes as well as daylight changes offer a possibility to present any architecture in it’s most complete form. The surrounding environment is equally important to the impression of the image, and from edge to edge our renderings reflect our understanding of that.
